"Dirty facilities and staff who aren’t sure of their own services. Paid for the pro spa pedicure for 208rmb. Which includes nail shaping, cuticle removal, heel scrub, leg scrub, gel colour, Staff did a scrub on heels and proceeded to do my pedicure. I asked if they were doing a leg scrub as this was left out and they were confused. They called over the nail tech who did my manicure and I asked her as well if this was a normal pedicure or the pro spa that I booked, because I didn’t get a leg scrub. They eventually did a leg scrub but were confused about why I even asked in the first place, creating an awkward atmosphere afterwards. I chose a silver glitter gel for my pedicure. They didn’t apply enough coats and I can see my nails through the coats. Facilities are dirty, manicure and pedicure areas covered in hair from nearby salon. Tools are not sanitized in front of you so I can only hope they used clean items on me. The only good thing was my manicure, the lady did a thorough job. Overall, I don’t advise coming here. I am Disappointed with this experience given how expensive it was."

"The nail technician who worked on me was lovely—very polite and clearly just following her boss’s instructions. That said, if the salon didn’t have time to do the job properly, they shouldn’t have accepted my walk-in. I originally wanted a design, but was told they couldn’t accommodate it due to time constraints. I settled for red cat eye ombré nails instead, only to be informed of the extra charge at the very end when they were closing. I was quoted RM413 for the nails I wanted, but the final bill came to RM549. By the time we finished—at 10:17 p.m.—I was too tired to argue. The breakdown was RM133 for gel mani, RM230 for extensions, and an unexpected RM88 surcharge for ombré and an additional RM98 for god knows what. All I saw were scribbles on the piece of paper they called a receipt and they did not give me a broken down explanation of why I had to pay RM549. lol. The result was far from what I asked for. I requested stiletto nails, but what I got was uneven and became more lopsided the more it was filed. The reviews online feel misleading compared to my experience. The pricing is not transparent at all and they will add to the cost however they see fit. Overall, it was an expensive mistake. Come at your own risk. Wasted my time and money on this place."
